Welcome to GlowArt. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to our AI image generation service at glowart.ai (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before you start.

2. Service Description

GlowArt offers AI image generation, image editing, and related creative tools. Some features are open to everyone. Other features require an account, credits, a subscription, or payment. GlowArt is an independent product built on in-house systems and third-party model providers. Unless stated otherwise, GlowArt is not affiliated with or endorsed by these providers.

3. User Obligations

When you use the Service, you agree to:

• Follow all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the limits and security measures of the Service
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Avoid any action that interferes with or disrupts the Service or our servers
• Refrain from generating content that infringes the rights of others or contains harmful material

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Paid subscribers may use images generated on the Service for personal or commercial purposes. Free users may use generated images for personal and other non-commercial purposes only, unless GlowArt states otherwise. You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, and results. Make sure they do not infringe the rights of others, break the law, or violate these Terms.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. We keep data collection to a minimum. Requests from signed-out visitors are processed only for a short time. For signed-in users, we keep the data needed for accounts, history, subscriptions, billing, support, and security.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Pricing, billing terms, and entitlements for subscriptions, credits, and paid features are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the pricing page or the subscription management portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not refund the current billing period, unless required by law.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create or try to create:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, nude, semi-nude, suggestive, pornographic, or 18+ content
• Content that breaks any applicable law or regulation
• Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Content meant to harass, abuse, exploit, or harm others
• Violent, deceptive, fraudulent, or other harmful content

We may block, remove, or restrict any content or account that violates these Terms or creates legal, safety, or abuse risks.

8. Refunds and Support

Digital products and virtual credits are generally non-refundable. For refund requests or billing issues, contact support@glowart.ai. We review each case on its own merits and usually reply within 3 business days. These Terms do not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

9. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the Service running. We cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new Terms. We will post material changes on this page.
